These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of products from MaNiFy Creative Ltd ("MaNiFy", "we", "us"). By purchasing or downloading any MaNiFy product, you agree to these Terms.
MaNiFy sells digital products including audio plugin software, DAW templates, sample packs, and educational programmes. When you purchase a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own music production work.
You may not:
Cue Engine Live is licensed on a per-seat basis. A standard licence covers activation on up to 2 computers owned by the same individual. Activation requires a one-time internet connection to our licence server. After activation, the plugin operates offline.
We reserve the right to revoke a licence key if we determine it has been shared, transferred, or used fraudulently. Revocation means the plugin will return to its locked state on the next validation check.
Templates and sample libraries are licensed for personal music production use. You may use sounds and musical elements from MaNiFy sample packs in original compositions and productions, including commercial releases.
You may not resell, repackage, or redistribute the raw template files or sample files themselves as standalone products.
Enrolment in the MaNiFy Creative Systems Institute (MCSI) grants access to course materials for the enrolled individual only. Course content may not be shared, recorded for redistribution, or resold.
All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed by Selar and their payment partners. MaNiFy does not store payment card information.
Prices are subject to change at any time. Purchases are charged at the price displayed at the time of checkout.
Due to the digital and immediately deliverable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on completed downloads or activated licences.
Exception: If a product is materially defective or cannot be used as described due to a fault on our side, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a replacement. We assess each case individually.

All MaNiFy products, brand assets, plugin code, audio content, and educational materials are the intellectual property of MaNiFy Creative Ltd. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
The MaNiFy name, logo, and "Cue Engine Live" product name are trademarks of MaNiFy Creative Ltd.
MaNiFy products are provided "as is". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues but cannot guarantee compatibility with all DAWs, operating systems, or hardware configurations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MaNiFy Creative Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our products. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product involved.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
