MaNiFy Creative Ltd ("MaNiFy", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you visit manifycreative.com or purchase our products.

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Purchase information — your name and email address when you buy a product through Selar
• License activation data — a hashed machine fingerprint (a one-way cryptographic digest; we never store your computer name or serial number in readable form) and the license key used during activation
• Support communications — any information you include when you email us

We do not collect payment card details. All payment processing is handled by Selar and their payment partners (Stripe, Flutterwave). We never see your card number.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver your purchased products and license keys
• To verify license activations and prevent unauthorised use
• To respond to support requests
• To send important product updates (you may opt out at any time)

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Storage

License key records are stored in Cloudflare KV (key-value storage), hosted on Cloudflare's global infrastructure. Cloudflare is a US-based company and maintains industry-standard security practices. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Support emails are stored in Google Workspace (Gmail). Google's privacy policy applies to that storage.

4. Cookies

manifycreative.com does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. We do not use Google Analytics or Meta Pixel on this website. Basic server-side access logs (IP address, browser type, page visited) may be retained by Cloudflare as part of their infrastructure service.

5. Third-Party Services

Our products and website interact with the following third parties:

• Selar — payment processing and product delivery (selar.com/privacy)
• Cloudflare — website hosting, DNS, and license server infrastructure (cloudflare.com/privacy-policy)

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (note: deleting license records will deactivate your product)
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time

7. Data Retention

License records are retained for as long as your license is active. Support email records are retained for up to 3 years. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

8. Children's Privacy

Our products and website are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA). Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
